£0.20 per document, no subscription. Buy from 25 upwards and the total ticks up as you go.
How credits work
- Your monthly allowance
- Comes with your plan and resets on your billing date. Anything you have not used by then does not carry over.
- Documents you buy
- £0.20 each, from 25 upwards. These never expire, work on any plan including Free, and are only drawn on once the month's allowance is spent.
Either way, one document read is one credit, whatever comes out of it. A twenty page contract costs the same as a one page receipt.

Questions
- What counts as one document?
- A file of up to 10 pages is one document, however many rows come out of it. Longer files count as one per 10 pages, so a 24 page contract is three documents and a one page receipt is one. You are told the count before a batch starts, and anything we fail to read is given back.
- Do unused documents roll over?
- Your plan's monthly allowance resets on your billing date and does not carry over. Documents bought pay as you go never expire, and are only drawn on once the month's allowance is spent.
- What happens if a document has too many pages?
- Each plan has a page cap: 50 on Free, 75 on Starter, 120 on Pro and 150 on Max. A document over the cap is rejected at upload with a message saying so, before any credit is spent, rather than being partly extracted.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the allowance you have already paid for until the end of the period. There is no contract and no notice period. If you are buying as an individual rather than for a business, you also have 14 days from the day you order to change your mind, refunded less the share of your allowance you have already used.
- How long is my data kept?
- Everything is stored in the EU. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 30 days on Free, 90 on Starter, 180 on Pro and 365 on Max, and you can delete sooner at any time. The values read out of them follow the same clock unless you save a design and ask us to keep them, which is what lets a database grow batch after batch. Nothing is ever used to train models.
- How much can one database hold?
- 200 documents on Free, 2,000 on Starter, 6,000 on Pro and 18,000 on Max. That is separate from your monthly allowance, which meters how much you extract rather than how much you keep. A batch that reaches the ceiling still finishes in full: the block applies to the next upload, never to work already under way.
